Recent work Adds Class To The Cambridge Office

Commercial Interiors & Company were approached by London Projects, the established shop-fitting company on behalf of their clients the independent entrepreneurs Charles May and Douglas Gordonson to create a new multi-functional, multi-cultural office in London.

Interior features include, large back of bar mirrors rising over a bespoke dyed concrete bar, this combined with a series of dramatic stripes in burgundies and reds offers up visual trickery and colour reminiscent of eighties graphics. Furniture was specified from the Lofit range

 

 

 

Office Refurbishment Cost

Where specifications change, a revised quotation will be provided. Written Order Confirmations will then be given and your order will be processed once this has been signed. Payment is usually staged, dependent on product area as follows:

Office Kitchens

£250 design fee (redeemable against your order)
Progress to technical drawings – 10% deposit
Agreement of delivery dates and installation – 40%
One week prior to delivery of furniture – 40%
On completion – 10%

Office Refurbish (flooring / lighting)

20% with order
80% on collection

Fabric and Furnishings

Fabric – Full payment with order Furnishings – 50% with order and 50% prior to delivery All payments can be made by any major credit card.
